At the Oct. 25 edition of Science Colloquium, Sarah Ingersoll Murphy will present on the topic of “Tackling Food Waste by Reducing Microbial Food Spoilage.” Murphy is a doctoral student in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
Science Colloquium takes place 12:25 to 1:20 p.m. in Stratton Hall 209, the Hostetter Lecture Hall. This event is free and open to the public.
