The Wells community presents an opportunity to attend a screening of “The Last One,” a documentary on the history of the AIDS Memorial Quilt. The film will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, in the Hostetter Lecture Room (209) of Stratton Hall. Two panels from the quilt will be on display in the Stratton Atrium from noon until 6:00 p.m.
Throughout the afternoon, individuals will have the opportunity to contribute a panel to the Wells community quilt, which will document our shared experiences and reflections on the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
This event is generously supported by the Long Library, KNOT, SAGA, the Social Science Division, and programs in Psychology, Women’s and Gender Studies, Social and Economic Justice, Education, Philosophy, History, English, Sociology and Anthropology, and Visual Arts.
