Kathryn Fong '06
B.A., Women’s Studies
Katie is an engagement director at Kirk Palmer Associates in New York City, where she conducts senior executive search projects for clients, primarily in the fashion and retail industries. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has become an expert in the “back end” of retail, specializing in assessing and recruiting top financial and operational talent. She is currently completing a master’s degree in organizational change management at the New School. Katie has been an active volunteer for Wells since graduation and serves as secretary for the class of 2006. As a WCA trustee since 2015, she serves on the Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Enrollment & Marketing committees of the Wells College Board of Trustees.

Susan Eskedahl 79
B.A., Psychology
Sue is first and foremost a 1979 Wells grad and lifelong volunteer. Over the years, she has held various volunteer roles, including secretary, vice president, and president of the Minnesota Wells Club; admissions representative for Minnesota; and currently as the WCA's vice president, nominating—and enjoys helping wherever else she can. She is vice president/consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison and owner of Dragonfly Management Associates, an executive consulting and coaching service. Sue spent four years as the owner and president of Contract Flooring and has also served as executive vice president of the Employers Association, Inc., where she was responsible for human resources and management consulting and training services, along with the development of strategic partnerships. She holds the designation of certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. Sue has been an active volunteer and board member for other organizations, including HealthFront, WorldatWork, the Imaging for a Cause Foundation and the Courage Center.

Member-at-Large (Fargo)

Bradley Murray '15
B.A., Sociology & Anthropology
During his time at Wells, Brad worked in the Office of Advancement as a student employee, volunteered for several Reunions, and served as Community Court chair. He is currently in his final year at Albany Law School, where he has worked for a city’s corporation counsel; the Charities Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General; and the Hon. Vincent W. Versaci. After finishing law school and sitting for the bar exam, Brad plans on pursuing a career in trusts and estates, elder law and financial planning. He is looking forward to the opportunity to serve Wells in a new and exciting way as the FARGO at-large representative on the WCA board.
