New Student Move-In and Orientation 2022

Wells College is pleased to welcome all of our new students to campus! Following move-in on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, our new students will embark on a multi-day orientation program that will help welcome them to their new home in Aurora. Orientation runs through Sunday, Aug. 28, with classes beginning on Monday, Aug. 29.

What to Expect

All new first-year and transfer students are scheduled to move in on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For more details, please see our "Arrival Process" page. (Please note: some students, including fall student-athletes, resident assistants and orientation leaders, will be returning to campus earlier this month; details will be shared with each group directly.)

Meal plans for new students begins on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022. Family members and guests are welcome to enjoy lunch in the dining hall; cash/credit cards are accepted at the door.
