Inclusion and Intercultural Excellence Committees

Inclusion and Intercultural Excellence is a core value at Wells College and is fundamental in creating and sustaining local, regional, and global communities that reflect the principles of social responsibility and cultural pluralism.

The faculty, staff, and students at Wells each have their own committee for the purpose of advancing Inclusion and Intercultural Excellence on campus. Additionally, the President's Advisory Committee on Diversity, Inclusion and Intercultural Excellence was convened by President Gibralter to unite the efforts of these three committees and provide a voice for and connection to the College's administration.
