Thank You to Our Fall Weekend Volunteers!

Thank you to the FARGO Board and the alumnae and alumni volunteers who helped out during Fall Weekend's community service activities! Saturday morning, we joined about 12 members of the community to accomplish two projects: building a new fire pit by the Wells Boathouse, and landscaping the grounds and gardens outside of Pettibone House. Most people who have been a part of Wells know how truly relaxing and memorable a bonfire by the lake can be. With a new limestone fire pit in place, we expect that it will become an even more common Wells experience!

Furthermore, the fresh look on the exterior of Pettibone means that prospective student visits begin at one of the most beautiful buildings on camps—inside and out. With a number of Open House days throughout the fall, all of us here on campus are so grateful for the attentive care provided.

Wells College promises a relevant liberal arts and sciences education. Intellectually challenging. Reinterpreted for today. Classroom teaching combined with hands-on learning. Wells graduates enter the world prepared for successful futures.
