Women's Soccer

AURORA, N.Y. – Wells College women’s soccer player Paige Stone has been named North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) First Team All-Conference for 2011 season. Stone, a junior forward from Madison, N.Y., led the NEAC in goals (19), and finished second in the conference in points (45), and fourth in the conference in assists (7). Stone helped lead the Express to a 7-11 record and 5-7 record in the NEAC.

 

It was a breakout season for Stone, who finished with five multi-goal games, including two goals and two assists against Paul Smith’s College and three goals and one assist against conference foe Gallaudet University. She was also twice named NEAC Offensive Player of the Week.

 

This is Stone’s first NEAC All-Conference selection.
