Men's Cross Country

GENEVA, N.Y. - Brayden Shumski placed 8th out of 33 runners with a time of 16:56 to pace the Express at the Heron Invitational on Saturday afternoon in Geneva. Daemen College took the top overall team spot with 18 points, Hobart College laced second with 52 points and Morrisville State placed third with 55 points.

 

Rounding out the finishers for the Express was Bryant Sanders placing 24th with a time of 19:06. Tim Lambert crossed the finish line in 29th with a time of 19:53 and Michael Lynch finished 33rd with a time of 23:52.

 

The Express return to action next at the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) championship next Saturday at host SUNY Cobleskill in Cobleskill, N.Y.
