Men's Lacrosse

Wells College has released the men's lacrosse team game schedule for the 2012 season. The schedule includes seven home contest and eight away contest. The slate also consists of a full eight game North Eastern Athletic Conference schedule.


The Express open the season on the road against three non-conference opponents including, Alvernia (Mar. 3), Albright College (Mar. 4), and SUNY Canton (Mar. 4).


Following the three road games, Wells comes home for four straight games. The home opener will be against The College of Mount Saint Vincent on March 17. That is followed by the NEAC opener against Penn State Abington on March 31.   The next two home games are against non-conference rival Mt. St. Mary’s on April 2 and NEAC foe Medaille College on April 4.

After the home stand, the Express take to the road for two straight conference games, April 6 at Morrisville State and April 9 against Hilbert College.


On Aprill 11 the Express host Hartwick College for a non-conference matchup, and take to the road to take on NEAC conference member Cazenovia College on April 14. The Express close out their non-conference schedule against Alfred University on April 17.


The last three games, all NEAC conference games, are at SUNY IT April 21, at Keuka College on April 25. The final game of the year welcomes SUNY Cobleskill to Wells on April 28.


Wells College finished 2011 with an overall record of 3-9 and 1-5 record in the NEAC. The three wins marked a program best win total.
