AURORA, N.Y. – Junior Paige Stone (Madison, N.Y.) of the Wells College women’s soccer team has been named North Eastern Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the period ending Sept. 25. Stone, who earns player of the week honors for the second time this season, finished with a total of four goals and two assist in helping lead the Express to a 2-0 conference week.

The midfielder tallied one goal and one assist in a 3-1 win over Penn. St. Harrisburg on Saturday and followed that up with a seven point performance (3 goals, 1 assist) in a 7-0 victory over Gallaudet University on Sunday. Stone has now registered 10 goals and four assist on the year.

The Express return to action on Saturday, Oct. 1 when they travel to take on NEAC foe Lancaster Bible at 4 p.m. in Lancaster, Pa.
