Dr. Gehan Dhameeth, Associate Professor of Business, shared his expertise in the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Sales and Marketing with MBA and Ph.D. students at the University of the Cumberlands in Texas on November 3-4, 2023.

Dr. Gehan Dhameeth, Associate Professor of Business, presented an “Online Customer Satisfaction: A Critical Evaluation of Grounded Theories” paper at the International Conference on Interdisciplinary Research in Social Sciences on February 20-21, 2023, in Dubai (UAE).

Dr. Gehan Dhameeth, Associate Professor of Business, presented a paper on “Customer Satisfaction Measurement Modeling Based on Online Customer Reviews using Latent Dirichlet Allocation Method- A Literature Review” at the Business and Economics Conference held at the Farmingdale State College on September 29, 2022.

Gehan Dhameeth, associate professor of business, was invited by the faculty of management and commerce at the University of Kelaniya (Sri Lanka) to give a Zoom guest lecture on “Artificial Intelligence for Business” for their MBA students on Dec. 5, 2020.

  • Also, in January 2021 Professor Dhameeth co-authored a paper with D. M. R. Dissanayake, Deborah Gagnon and C. Shannon on “Modeling Moderating Effects of Customer Lifetime Value and Referral Value on Customer Service of Frontline Employees for Customer and Organizational Satisfaction: A Comparative Analysis,” which was published in Journal of Marketing Management [8(2), pp. 56-68.
