A poignant musical, The Last Five Years explores the five-year relationship between Cathy and Jamie. Both funny and sad, this musical resonates with any person just trying to make things work in the game of love.
Siouxsie Easter, professor of theatre, is the director. The musical director is Jordan Oczkowski, a graduate student at Ithaca College's School of Music. The set and lights are designed by assistant professor of theatre Patti Goebel. The show is stage managed by Skylar Campbell '21.
The play features four Wells students who alternate performances in this two-person play. Seniors Mary Kate Barnett and Eamonn Moneypenny Hall perform the roles of Cathy and Jamie on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, while junior Kaetlyn Stinson and first-year student Christian Hahn play Cathy and Jamie on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
Admission to The Last Five Years is free and tickets are available at the door or by calling the Box Office at 315-364-3456. For more information, please contact Professor Siouxsie Easter at firstname.lastname@example.org or 315.364.3232.
