The Wells College Theatre and Dance department is pleased to welcome internationally renowned theatre artist Lanna Joffrey to campus for a Spoken Word Workshop. This event will take place on Monday, April 3rd from 3:30 to 6:30 pm in Phipps Auditorium.
Lanna currently resides in London, but is in the U.S. for a short period of time starring in The Profane at Playwright’s Horizons in NYC. She has performed spoken word at Word Up London, Spoken Word London, Farrago Poetry Slam, Inspired Word, Westside Rhyme, Symphonics, SUBTERRANEAN, Bowery Poetry Club, and the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, among others.
