We take all reports of possible violations of Wells College COVID-19 health policies seriously.

Report submissions lacking sufficient information may not be investigated. Matters of student, faculty, or staff discipline are confidential.

Submissions are not monitored in real time. If you are reporting a situation that needs immediate attention, please contact Campus Safety at 315.364.3229. If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan Rowe, COVID-19 Coordinator, at jrowe@wells.edu.

Your Report

Please describe the nature of your concern in as much detail as possible. If your report involves an incident, please provide a detailed account of the incident with as many specifics as possible, including the names of the individuals involved, the date and time of the incident, the exact location of the incident and the identities of any witnesses. If you do not know the names of the individual(s) involved, please describe the individual(s) as best you can.
