Your deposit secures your place in the upcoming term. This $300 non-refundable deposit will be credited towards your first semester bill. Once your deposit has been processed, you will be able to sign up for campus housing and your first semester of classes. You can deposit online through your Status Page in the "Payment Due" section:
We encourage all students to submit a completed FAFSA, regardless of financial need. Your FAFSA helps us determine additional financial aid and scholarships you may be eligible for. Send your FAFSA to Wells to uncover more funding opportunities!
After you receive your letter of admission, you will also get a personalized financial aid package in the mail. This pacakage includes your Financial Aid Award letter, which details all scholarships, awards, grants, and other funding you are eligible for. Review and sign this letter to accept your financial aid package, then upload the signed Award Letter as a scanned document or clearly lit photo through your Status Page (under the "Upload Materials" section). You can also send it to the Admissions Office by postal mail. Remember to keep a copy for your records!

Students who are United States citizens or permanent residents must submit proof of health insurance. Upload a photocopy of your health insurance card on your Status Page.
GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE GLOBE.
Once your deposit has been processed, you will receive your unique student ID number through email. Use this ID number to log into the Globe, the central information portal for current students at Wells. After April 22, you will be able to use the Globe to register for your first semester of college classes! Once you register for classes, your personal wells.edu email account will be generated.
Sign up for half-hour appointments during Early Class Registration Advising Week. An academic advisor will work with you over the phone as you learn to navigate the Globe and register for courses that are appropriate for your first semester.
Admitted students enjoy special campus visit privileges! Sit in on a class, spend the night in a residence hall with a current student host, observe sports team practices...even if you are not visiting Wells for the first time, you can still experience college living firsthand. Check your inbox for invitations to our exclusive admitted student events.
GET YOUR FSA ID.
Create your unique FSA ID here. In addition to students having a unique FSA ID, parents should also create their own unique ID. The FSA ID provides you with a username and password that will give you access to all of the U.S. Department of Education’s consumer-facing websites, such as StudentLoans.gov, National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and My Federal Student Aid. You will need your FSA ID to complete the FAFSA.
