a. Mentorship – with the goal of providing every student with at least one alum mentor for their four-year experience
b. Internship – with the goal of providing every student with at least two internship opportunities
c. Set goals for four-year plan (key metrics: retention, graduation rates)
2. Become a model for student and alumnae/alumni success for career attainment, enhanced life skills and lifelong learning
