Proposed Initiatives

1. Become a model for student-alumni/nae engagement to help students develop their unique potential
a. Mentorship – with the goal of providing every student with at least one alum mentor for their four-year experience
b. Internship – with the goal of providing every student with at least two internship opportunities
c. Set goals for four-year plan (key metrics: retention, graduation rates)
 
2. Become a model for student and alumnae/alumni success for career attainment, enhanced life skills and lifelong learning
a. Career Attainment – define engagement model to help students and alumnae/alumni attain their potential
b. Provide opportunities for basic life skills training and lifelong learning
c. Set goals for four-year plan (key metrics: retention, graduation rates, career/graduate school outcomes)
