The student employment program offers employment opportunities for qualified students on campus at Wells College or with community service jobs within the surrounding community including Peachtown Elementary School, Emily Howland Elementary, Aurora Preschool, and Aurora Free Library. Please note, however, that eligibility for work study does not guarantee students a job, and they must still apply and be accepted for an available position.

How do I seek on-campus employment?
Students who are eligible for student employment must complete a student employment application online through ADP. Students are asked to submit a resume, cover letter and include two references. To review open positions and complete an application, click here.
How long is my student application valid for campus employment?
Student employment applications are good for one full academic year. New applications for student employment are available in late February for the upcoming academic year.
What documentation do I need in order to begin work after being hired?
All student employees must complete an I-9 form*, W-4, and a New York State Notice and Acknowledgement of Wage Rate and Designated Payday Hourly Rate Plus Overtime form prior to beginning work at Wells College. * Note: The I-9 forms require additional documentation to prove eligibility to work in the US. When am I paid for the time I have worked?
Students are paid bi-weekly and may click here to review when time sheets are due and the schedule for pay check distribution.
