The Center for Academic and Career Advising staff is also happy to participate in the "Do Not Cancel Class Series" and will provide a workshop or program to your students if you are not able to be present for class. Advance notice is necessary for this service.

Internships

Many full-time faculty at Wells serve as internship sponsors for students they are advising or in their academic program. Information concerning internships can be found on the Wells Globe or please contact us at careers@wells.edu or 315.364.3225.

Many faculty and staff host internship opportunities to assist students in building practical work experience for potential future graduate programs or professional careers.

Student Employment/Work Study

The Wells College student employment/work-study program employs over 300 students annually across campus in various positions including library desk assistants, dining hall workers, tutors in various academic classes and disciplines, athletic event assistants, and teaching assistances. Students who receive student employment as part of their financial aid can apply for on-campus positions.
