Our Experiential Learning and Career Services team helps you navigate the many possibilities for hands-on learning at Wells, offering on-campus career preparation and internship assistance as well as post-graduate advising and services.
At Wells, experiential learning is at the center of everything we do. From the first year of your program, our Experiential Learning and Career Services team provides personal assistance and support to help you make the most of these opportunities, find out what interests you, and get on track with your specific career goals. Even after you graduate, we are here to help you achieve the best possible career and graduate program outcomes. Experiential Learning and Career Services at Wells: Dedicated to Exceptional Student Outcomes 

We are a small, private college, and close-knit community of scholars. That means you really get to know and work closely with your professors and peers. You also have a team of career services experts who understand your goals and are dedicated to helping you achieve success during and after your program of study.

The Office of Experiential Learning and Career Services provides a variety of services for students and the college community, including:
