| Smith Hall is home to the campus bookstore,
as well as to the Sommer Student Center, a gift of Wells College honorary
trustee Howard E. Sommer and Sarah McElevey Sommer '42. The Sommer Center
hosts dances, bands, special dinners, and campus celebrations throughout
the year, and serves as a comfortable space where students can relax before
and after classes. In addition, students can stop by and grab a chicken
salad sandwich, burger with the works, ice-cream, or beverage in the Sommer
Center Café. |
