Less Mail!
We heard your requests to receive fewer mailings asking you to give, and we've committed to reducing the number of mailings we send to you. Direct mail programs are expensive and work well for many donors. But, we learned from many alumnae that multiple mailings simply do not motivate them to give and, thus, are a waste of resources. When you do receive a letter, please respond generously with a gift. 

Pledge Cards!
Our pledge cards have a new look. In response to your requests, we now include a brief giving history on your card for your reference.

Pledge envelopes in every issue of The Express!
You have told us this is helpful.  Now, you can always have a pre-paid pledge envelope on hand for making a gift on your schedule, at your convenience.

E-mail Reminders!
E-mail provides a rapid and effective means for communicating with you.  With an automatic link to our online gift form, we hope you will find our e-mail reminders helpful as you manage your giving at key times of the year - such as tax year end (Dec 31) and fund year end (June 30).

Contact with Students Volunteers!
Volunteer student phoners who call alumnae on behalf of the Annual Fund are very helpful in securing renewed and increased gifts. The experience introduces students to the importance of alumnae giving in the life of the college and gives them direct contact with Wells graduates. We will continue to expand the phonathon program, and students will start calling this fall.

Streamlined Reunion Giving!
Reunion is a special time to celebrate Wells with an increased gift to the Annual Fund.  The 25th and 50th Reunion Classes will honor the college with special project funds.
