General Info

The Wells College Concert Choir will present a variety of choral pieces for the community in their spring concert. The performance will take place at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 13 in the Recital Hall of Barler Hall. The concert is free and the public is cordially invited to attend.

The songs chosen for this production center on the theme of “Water,” including spirituals such as “Deep River,” folk songs such as Czech folk song “Waters Ripple and Flow,” and pop standards such as “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” Other music to be featured includes South African choruses and a medley from the Broadway musical “Rent.”

The members of the concert choir are Emily Beeman ’14, Brittany Bordeau ’13, Jenna Buss ’12, Carolyn Clabaugh ’14, Gabe Cleveland ’10, Mary Corbett ’12, Danielle Crabtree ’12, Danielle Cregan ’12, Chelsea Czechowski ’12, Casey Jamieson ’15, McKenna Kelly ’13, Lexi Kreuzburg ’12, Brad Murray ’15, and Megan Schwartzmeyer ’15. The Concert Choir is conducted by Dr. Carl Johengen.
