Branding ‘You’: The Age of the Social Career Path
Presented by Dr. Karen Weaver
Dr. Weaver is the Director of Athletics at Penn State –Abington and is nationally recognized as an expert in broadcast rights, media and branding strategies, and social media. She currently has serves as a Color Analyst for ESPN, CBS Sports and the Big Ten Network. Dr. Weaver has been quoted, published and interviewed by some of the leading news outlets in the world, including: BBC, USA Today, Orlando Sentinel, New York Times, Indianapolis Star, Detroit Free Press, and Minnesota Public Radio.
Students who are employed through the student employment program and who attend will be paid for the hour of Professional Development through the Student Employment Program! Students may also earn a professional development certificate from Experiential Learning and Career Services by participating in 3 of the 5 professional development programs this academic year.
Students may not miss class or a campus event they are required to attend.
