2009-10 Action Plan on Inclusive and Intercultural Excellence


Wells College has aimed to use an inclusive process in developing it's IIE strategic and action plans. With the President's Committee on Inclusive and Intercultural Excellence in the coordinating role, each administrative division and the Staff Committee on Inclusive and Intercultural Excellence has contributed to the creation of the plans. As we complete the establishment of the student and faculty IIE committees, we anticipate their contributions to the strategic and action plans this fall (2009). We have intentionally left the DRAFT mark on the plans considering the need for further student and faculty input.
