A New
Century Of Science
Wells
College is celebrating the newest addition to campus this September – the
45,000 square foot science facility. The dedication of the new building,
Ann Wilder Stratton ’46 Hall, is the culmination of long years of planning.
Thanks to the generosity
of our donors, this beautiful facility will teach students across the disciplines
for generations to come. In addition to faculty offices, classrooms, and
state-of-the-art laboratory space, Stratton Hall houses the 92-seat Margie
Filter Hostetter ’62 lecture hall and a two-story light-filled atrium that
will serve as a gathering space for all.
The College will formally
dedicate Stratton Hall on Saturday, September 29 at 3:00 p.m. A series
of events and activities will take place throughout the weekend and the
academic year. Please check the schedule of events
and plan to attend.
Please call 315.364.3416
or email CelebratingConnections@wells.edu
for more information or to let us know you will be joining us. We hope
to see you on campus September 27 – 29, 2007 to Celebrate Connections and
officially open Stratton Hall.
