Career and Graduate School Counseling and Workshops
Experiential Learning and Career Services offers both individual and group counseling sessions to help students identify career goals and explore options for graduate and professional schools. Workshops on résumé writing, job search strategies, networking, interviewing skills, and applying to graduate school are held regularly.

Career and Graduate School Resources
The Office of Experiential Learning and Career Services offer a wide range of career
and graduate school resources. Students have access to local and national internship
and employment opportunities through the college’s online job board, College Central
Network. The Career Resource Library contains occupational information on a wide range
of professional career areas. Library holdings and online resources include occupational
outlook and salary data, graduate school catalogs, admissions examination materials
for graduate and professional school study, directories of employers, and guides for
job hunting, career exploration, and life planning. For students exploring internship
possibilities, more than 2,500 internships can be found in the online internship database.
Credential Files
Experiential Learning and Career Services maintains confidential files of letters of recommendation for juniors, seniors, and alumnae/i. Recommendation forms are provided for letters from Wells College faculty and staff. Letters from internship sponsors and other employers may be included in the files. Letters of recommendation can be used to support applications to graduate or professional school or to enhance applications for employment.
