"One of the most rewarding parts of teaching at Wells is getting to know the students well, and we continue contact with them long after they graduate. Not only do we write letters of recommendation and help our alumnae professionally, but we see them at reunions and other times, and get to know their families as well. Our graduates regularly speak in our colloquia and help our current students with internships and jobs. "
