"Music offers mental and physical challenges, and it gives a spiritual reward. Students enjoy the study of music as an ‘escape’ from their other studies. For those students majoring in other fields, studying piano and music theory is excellent training for critical thinking and problem solving, which can easily be applied to their field of interest.”
