Display of Ann Wilder Stratton ’46 memorabilia.

7:00 p.m.   Lecture and Book Signing

Award-winning author Sue Monk Kidd (The Secret Life of Bees and The Mermaid Chair) will give a reading, talk, and book signing.
Phipps Auditorium, Macmillan Hall. 
Tickets: Free for Wells students. $6 other students/seniors/Wells community/children; $10 general admission.

"Making Health Care Better: The Genetics of Common Disease"
Presented by Dr. Margaret Pericak-Vance, Wells class of 1973. Dr. Pericak-Vance is director of the Miami Institute of Human Genomics and a professor at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine.

Presented by Ira Flatow, veteran TV journalist and host of NPR’s “Science Friday.”
